Full-Day & Half-Day Zip Ride Tickets:

More than 30 days before reservation:
100% refund (minus processing fees). Only the ticket purchaser is eligible.

Full-Day Tickets (8–30 days before reservation):
50% refund (minus processing fees) plus a voucher for a future half-day Zip ride.

Half-Day Tickets (8–30 days before reservation):
Receive a $30 voucher for a future Zip ride (no refund).

Less than 7 days before reservation:
No refunds. Requests will be reviewed individually.

Zip! at Haile Quarry is only able to process returns to credit cards, and does not provide cash refunds.

Discount: 10% off total.

Deposit: 50% deposit required to reserve.

Final Payment: Remaining balance due 10 days before the reservation.

Adjustments: If fewer attendees than expected, the deposit will be applied to the actual total, and the remaining balance will be recalculated accordingly.

Guests are welcome to bring personal cameras, including GoPros, to capture their adventure. However, please note:

- All equipment is brought at your own risk.

- Zip! at Haile Quarry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

- We recommend using secure mounts and protective cases, especially on aerial or high-speed sections of the ride.

By bringing your own gear, you agree to accept full responsibility for its care and security during your visit.

If you prefer, Zip! at Haile Quarry also offers camera rentals to record your experience, available for purchase on-site.
