Policies

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled tour date will be refunded, minus a $3.00 administrative fee per person.

Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. No reschedules or refunds are permitted with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. Tours depart on time, and it is not possible to join once a tour has begun.

If Zip! at Haile Quarry cancels a tour prior to its start due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. Tours already in progress are not eligible for a refund.

Discount: 10% off total.

Deposit: 50% deposit required to reserve.

Final Payment: Remaining balance due 10 days before the reservation.

Adjustments: If fewer attendees than expected, the deposit will be applied to the actual total, and the remaining balance will be recalculated accordingly.

Guests are welcome to bring personal cameras, including GoPros, to capture their adventure. However, please note:

- All equipment is brought at your own risk.

- Zip! at Haile Quarry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

- We recommend using secure mounts and protective cases, especially on aerial or high-speed sections of the ride.

By bringing your own gear, you agree to accept full responsibility for its care and security during your visit.
