Frequently Asked Questions
-
What if I am over or under the weight limits to ride the ziplines?
To keep everyone safe, our ziplines have specific weight requirements. If you're outside the limits at the time of check-in, we’re happy to offer you either a full refund or a rain check to return another day. Safety is always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
-
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but for their safety and yours, pets are not allowed on the property. The quarry is home to native wildlife, including Coral Snakes and an alligator, which could pose a risk to pets. To help protect both your furry friends and the environment, we kindly ask that you leave them at home.
-
What are the hours?
We’re open Wednesday through Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Tours run throughout the day, so there’s plenty of time to join in on the adventure!
-
Can I walk in and purchase a ticket for a tour?
Yes! We do accept walk-ins, but space is limited and tours can fill up quickly—especially early in the day. We recommend booking online in advance or giving us a call to check availability.
-
What should I wear?
Dress for the weather and choose comfortable, secure clothing. Avoid loose or flowing items like scarves or skirts. Closed-toe shoes that stay firmly on your feet are required—sneakers or hiking shoes are great choices. We also recommend bringing a water bottle; refillable bottles are available for purchase at our gift shop.
-
Do I have to tip the guides?
Tipping is optional but always appreciated! If your guide helped make your adventure memorable, a small tip is a great way to say thanks.
-
Is food and drink available at the park?
Yes! We have a water refill station at the Welcome Center and refillable bottles for sale. A food truck will be on-site with meal and snack options. There are designated picnic areas for guests to relax and enjoy their food—please help us keep the park clean by staying within those areas.
-
How long are the hike and tours?
The full tour includes a 2-mile hike with varied terrain and lasts about 5 hours, including time for breaks and lunch. The half tour is about 1 mile and runs for a little over 2 hours. We provide water at the Welcome Center and break points along the way to keep everyone comfortable.
-
Are there any health or physical restrictions for ziplining?

Weight: 75–275 lbs (may vary with weather)

Is there an accessible wheelchair available for hiking trails in the park?

Guests require the ability, or aid, to transfer themselves from their original wheelchair to our designated one, as guides are not permitted to interfere with medical devices. Please call ahead for avalibility.
